Features Connect 3

Connect3 is to get three in a row.
The first player will place a yellow circle on the game board, and then the second player will place a red circle on the game board.
Players alternate placing red and yellow circles on the game board until either oppent has three in a row (it's a winner) or all nine squares are filled (it's a draw).
